Eligibility for Returns

Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

How To Return An Item

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Damaged Goods


If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Exchanges

  • Return shipping costs and import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds will exclude any customs or handling fees paid during import.
