Eligibility for Returns

 You are entitled to return most products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (including all tags and packaging).

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Undergarments, socks, or intimate wear

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or sale items marked as “Final Sale”

How To Return An Item

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

We may ask you to return the original item before sending the replacement.

International Orders 

For orders shipped outside the UK:

  • Return shipping costs and import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds will exclude any customs or handling fees paid during import.
